Dr. Balog became co-chairman of BOK Capital effective June 1, 2009. BOK Capital is a private non-profit trust began in 1898 to promote family business and value centered higher education by the Essington estate.
Dr. Balog has been a member of our board since 2007. He holds particular gifts in sourcing investment candidates, structuring financing, due diligence, and lending managerial expertise within our technology portfolio sector.
A lifelong business educator, general manager, human resource executive, and corporate goverenance practitioner, Dr. Balog will be returning to the classroom following his sabbatical on September, 7th 2009.
